"By far the worst company to ever have on your side. 16 years as a customer and they decided to stop automatic payments, cancel my insurance… proceed to tell me they “snail mailed” me a letter which was never received and then continued to drive 36 days without insurance because they are too lazy to pick a phone up and provide customer service. Al decided to retire and plop down in Florida and not give a care in the world about his customers unless it’s to add something more to your bill. Their customer service is horrible as they watch tv and eat food in your ear as they tell you it’s your all your fault. I wouldn’t trust them with anything. By the amount of people I’ve spoken to regarding issues, I don’t even know how this company is still going."
